IF users are locked out after a change, it usually means that they have not followed the rules for a new password.
The rules are:
*Your password must contain at least 14 characters.
*Your password must contain at least one lowercase letter.
*Your password must contain at least one uppercase letter.
*Your password must contain at least one number.
*Your password must contain at least one special character
*Your password must not contain the word ”Volvo” or ”truck” – words associated with the Volvo brand.
*Your password must not be similar to the old one. It needs to be unique.

If users are still locked out of VPPN after the change, they can click on the ”forgotten password” option.
They are then taken to password management again.
There they can select the option ”Reset password”
They fill in their ID as usual in the box.
